The French shipping group CMA CGM has announced that it has received today confirms that its proposed acquisition of Singapore’s Neptune Orient Lines (NOL) has been approved by the antitrust authorities of the Ministry of Commerce of China.
CMA CGM has specified that as a result of this authorization, and the one issued last month by the European Commission, will present the formal takeover offer by next June 2nd.
